All NDP Programmes are required to prepare Annual Performance Reports highlighting the year’s progress in implementing interventions, actions, and achievements as outlined in the NDP Programme Implementation Action Plan (PIAP) and the Ministerial Policy Statements.

The submitted progress reports and planned outputs for FY2024/25, captured through the Programme Budgeting System (PBS) and Ministerial Policy Statements, were reviewed. These reviews formed the basis for one-on-one engagements with institutions to clarify outcome and output performance information that had been provided.

As a follow-up activity, a workshop to review and validate the draft DPI Programme Annual Performance Report for FY2024/25 was held from 11th-12th September 2025 at Lake Victoria Serena Hotel, Kigo.
